Taylor Swift's Nod To Pedro Sanchez | During Her First Concert In Madrid

Taylor Swift’s nod to Pedro Sanchez | During her first concert in Madrid

A few days ago, Spain was experiencing a real revolution with the arrival of Taylor Swift in Madrid. The American singer has millions of fans throughout the country, some of whom did not want to miss her concerts on May 29 and 30 at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

The madness has been such that some of the singer’s fans have spent thousands of euros in order to see their favorite artist live. Taylor met the expectations of her fans, who were able to enjoy her for three and a half hours of show, in which she sang more than 45 songs.

Apart from the repertoire of songs stipulated for the concerts of ‘The Eras Tour’, the singer adds two surprise singles in each of her performances. A year ago, Pedro Sánchez confessed in ‘La Pija y la Quinqui’ to be an absolute fan of Taylor Swift, and even more so of the song ‘Snow on the beach’ (performed with Lana del Rey). But what does this have to do with the concert?

When it came time to perform the two surprise singles at the first concert at the Bernabéu, Taylor opted to sing precisely that song. There are many who think that the singer wanted to give a nod to our President of the Government, performing the song that at the time he mentioned as his favorite.

“Let’s see, I have some songs from her. I like it a lot, and I really like some of the songs she has done with Lana del Rey, who is also an artist that I like a lot,” said Pedro Sánchez in his interview on ‘La Pija y la Quinqui’.
